Other colleges chant, “Hey, hey, ho, ho, Western Civ has got to go!” That’s not our belief at Grove City College. Given the recent assault on our democratic ideals and institutions, there is a renewed sense of urgency about helping people to understand the remarkable achievements of our classical-Christian inheritance. What is Western Civilization? Why does it matter? Why do we need to teach Western Civilization to the next generation?
